The Flatbush Freeze Out  – the Inaugural Yeshivah Ice Hockey Tournament and Shabbaton is almost here!  Hosted by the Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman HS, this is believed to be the first event of its kind, a tournament bringing together students of Jewush Day Schools/Yeshivot from various parts of North America for three days of Ice Hockey and Torah learning, from March 18-20, 2016.

Joining the host Flatbush Falcons, teams from TannenbaumCHAT Kimel Centre of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and the NJ Panthers Hockey Club (the majority of whose students attend The Frisch School in Paramus, NJ) will gather in Brooklyn, NY for this exciting event.  All on-ice activities as well as the closing award ceremony will be held at Aviator Sports and Events Center, located at Floyd Bennet Field within the Gateway National Recreation Area; all shabbaton acticvities will take place at the Yeshivah of Flatbush HS building.
